Fluke ScopeMeter 190 Series III Portable Oscilloscope (2 or 4 isolated channels)

Portable ScopeMeter oscilloscope for measurements in power and control circuits, featuring an integrated multimeter in two-channel versions and a trend recorder for measurements over several days. Each input is isolated from the other channels and ground, allowing connections to points at different potentials without the risk of short-circuiting through a reference lead.

Unlike bench oscilloscopes, it features a high measurement safety category and a dust-resistant, splash-resistant and shock-resistant housing. Connect-and-View triggering automatically adjusts the time base and trigger level; ScopeRecord captures slow waveforms, while TrendPlot provides electronic data logging.

In rolling stock and substations, the oscilloscope supports converter diagnostics: inverter output waveforms, transistor control signals, battery charger waveforms and interference on control buses. Model selection depends on bandwidth and channel count; three-phase measurements require a four-channel version.
