HEAVYCON industrial connectors allow an entire bundle of circuits to be disconnected in one operation. The housing is the carrier, while the insert determines connector function-in one housing, modules of different types can be combined, routing power, signal and data circuits side by side. ADVANCE B and HPR B series are available in B06, B10, B16 and B24 sizes, in straight and side-entry, low and high versions, with M20, M25, M32 and M40 cable-gland threads and screw locking. POWER inserts include single-position versions with axial screw connection rated at 200 A, 1000 V and 70 mm²; two-position versions rated at 100 A, 1000 V and 35 mm², 70 A at 25 mm² and 40 A at 10 mm²; Push-in and crimp CK 4.0 versions rated at 40 A, 500–1000 V and 6–10 mm²; and 6-, 8- and 20-position versions with CK 2.5 contacts rated at 16 A, 400–830 V and 2.5–4 mm². SIGNAL inserts are available as a 12-position Push-in version rated at 10 A, 250 V and 1.5 mm², 12- and 17-position versions with CK 1.6 crimp connection for 10 A at 250 V and 160 V, and a 25-position version with D-SUB contacts for 4 A, 50 V circuits. DATA inserts support Cat. 6A transmission at 10 Gb/s and 500 MHz in RJ45 versions, 75 and 50 Ω coaxial lines up to 2 GHz, and 8-position D-SUB contacts. Crimp contacts are available in CK 1.6 and CK 4.0 series for conductor cross-sections from 0.34 mm² to 10 mm². All products in this group meet EN 61373 shock and vibration requirements for Category 1 Class B, while contact inserts are classified to EN 45545-2 for R22, R23 and R24 requirement sets up to HL3. Three fire-protection rules apply in design: housing seals with a combustible mass up to 10 g are excluded from assessment if they only contact classified components; seals below 12 g are subject to grouping if minimum spacing is not maintained, and up to a 100 g limit eight connectors may be installed next to one another; metal cable glands provide effective fire separation and remove the spacing requirement.
