This circuit breaker mounts on 35 mm DIN rail-35×7.5 and 35×15 according to DIN EN 50022. The datasheet covers IALR, IULR, IELR and IMLR versions with one handle per breaker, and IALHR, IULHR, IELHR and IMLHR with one handle per pole; IMLR and IMLHR indicate a trip by an intermediate handle position. Versions with one to four poles are available, in series configuration or as a switch-only unit without overcurrent protection.
Catalogue-listed rated currents cover 0.050–70.0 A, while the approvals table extends to 100 A at 80 V DC. Rated interrupting capacity depends on the version and voltage. At 80 V DC: 1000 A for 0.05–50 A under UL/CSA approval, 4000 A for 0.10–50 A under TÜV approval, and 5000 A for 0.05–100 A. At 250 V AC, 50/60 Hz: 3500 A for 0.05–50 A and 2000 A for 0.05–70 A; 5000 A applies only with a 125 A series fuse. At 250 V AC, 400 Hz, the value is 1750 A. Optional versions include 277 V and 240/415 V or 277/480 V, in both cases from two poles, with 2000 A interrupting capacity.
Dielectric strength is 3750 V AC for 60 s between isolated terminals; insulation resistance is at least 100 MΩ at 500 V DC. Switching endurance is 10,000 cycles, including 6000 at rated current and voltage. Operating range is −40 to +85 °C. IEC 144 classification: IP40 for handle guards and IP00 for terminals. Humidity resistance is 10 days at 95% relative humidity and 40 °C according to IEC 68-2-3, test C.
The delay curve is selected in the catalogue code separately for DC, 50/60 Hz, 400 Hz and mixed DC/60 Hz operation, in short-delay, long-delay, motor-start and instantaneous-trip variants. IULR and IELR versions have UL recognition and CSA certification; IELR and IELHR additionally carry VDE approval. The datasheet does not state a product-standard number or CSA certificate number.
