Crydom NOVA22 PM22 AC Solid-State Relay (up to 95 A/600 V)

Crydom NOVA22 PM22 solid-state relays (SSR-switches without moving contacts) are single-phase AC modules in contactor configuration.

Operating voltage is 48–600 V AC (47–440 Hz), with current ratings of 25, 50 and 95 A (for example PM2260A95V with AC control and PM2260D50V with DC control). Control voltage is 90–280 V AC/DC or 4–32 V DC. Input-to-output optical isolation is 4000 V AC.

Zero-voltage or instantaneous switching is available; the R version includes a motor-start rating. Screw or spring terminals are available in the J version. Permissible surge current is up to 1290/1350 A for one cycle. Approvals: cULus and TÜV.

In rolling stock and infrastructure, they are used for contactless switching of large AC circuits such as heaters, ventilation and motors in equipment cabinets.
