Crydom H1 (H12D) solid-state relays (SSR-switches without moving contacts) are high-current panel-mounted AC modules rated 25, 50, 75, 90 and 125 A at 48–530 V AC (47–63 Hz), with part numbers from H12D4825 to H12D48125.
Control is 4–32 V DC. Zero-voltage switching is used for resistive loads or instantaneous switching for inductive loads. Approvals: UL, CSA, TÜV and CE according to EN 60950-1.
In rolling stock and infrastructure, they are used for contactless switching of large AC loads such as heaters, lighting and motors in equipment cabinets.
