20, 40 and 60 W DC-DC converter modules in a 2×1 inch package: RSDW for PCB soldering and RDDW with a DIN-rail adapter. Family datasheets declare compliance with EN 50155 / IEC 60571, EN 61373 for shock and vibration, and EN 50121-3-2 for electromagnetic compatibility. The datasheets do not declare EN 45545-2 fire protection compliance - where fire requirements apply, choose the RSD or DDR family.
4:1 input range - the H version covers 43–160 V DC, allowing a single module to cover 72, 96 and 110 V onboard batteries together with the tolerances required by EN 50155. Isolation up to 3 kV DC (H version), operation from −40 to +85 °C, short-circuit, overload, overvoltage and thermal protection, with no minimum load required.
Powering individual onboard electronic circuits directly from the vehicle battery - wherever a fully enclosed power supply would be unnecessarily large.
