Selection of a printing system depends on three factors: marker material, where printing is performed, and the required durability of the marking. TOPMARK NEO provides direct laser marking on the material, producing identification resistant to abrasion and solvents. BLUEMARK ID and ID COLOR use inkjet technology and are suitable for rapid marking of large batches while maintaining print sharpness. The THERMOMARK family includes thermal-transfer devices for different applications: CARD 2.0 prints labels in card and sheet format, ROLL 2.0 handles labels and heat-shrink sleeves from rolls, while E.300 and E.600 process roll materials in high volumes. The modular THERMOMARK E SERIES combines a printer with one of four applicators for automated marking of wires, cables and terminal blocks, reducing preparation time for larger batches.
Portable devices are intended for field work: PRIME 2.0 with integrated software and battery, GO controlled from a mobile device, and the handheld GO.K. They allow a marker to be produced directly in a service hall or on site when work reveals that an identification not included in the documentation is required. The UCT marker family is compatible with all three printing technologies, giving freedom to select equipment according to production scale. Railway requirements, including fire protection according to DIN EN 45545-2, apply to the marking material described in the marker datasheets.
